Jennifer Aniston, Emma Stone Had “Fight To End All Fights” Over Justin Theroux?

“Jennifer Aniston Did NOT ‘Confront’ Emma Stone Over Justin Theroux, Despite Report.” Gossip Cop, 6 June 2018.
“Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston Having Baby After Rekindling Romance?” Gossip Cop, 20 Nov. 2018. 2018. 2018. Shuster, Andrew. Incredibly, even though it was well-established that they weren’t a couple, the publication manufactured another work of fiction a month later that contended Jennifer Lawrence told Stone to dump Theroux after she supposedly had them over for dinner. Actually, Theroux noted on Instagram that he and Stone are “just Bfffffs,” having perhaps anticipated that just being in the same frame with his “Maniac” co-star would naturally lead to false rumors. “Justin Theroux Hangs with Emma Stone and Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness: ‘JUST Bfffffs.'” People, 3 Apr. 2018. Stephen Huvane, spokesperson for Jennifer Aniston, 20 Nov. Pitt’s rep went on the record to call the tale “baseless,” while Aniston’s spokesperson termed it a “complete fabrication.”
There should be no question, at this point, that the magazine has few qualms printing total falsehoods under the guise of having so-called “sources.” And the reason Gossip Cop occasionally returns to cover stories from a year before, such as the one about Aniston confronting Stone about supposedly dating Theroux, is to point out to readers how articles by certain tabloids are presented as real, but over time it’s obvious they’re nothing more than fiction. Matthew Hiltzik, spokesperson for Brad Pitt, 20 Nov. Quinn, Dave. Significantly, while the tabloid’s tall tale was predicated on an unnamed, untraceable and seemingly made-up source, reps for both Stone and Aniston, speaking on behalf of the actresses, told Gossip Cop there was no truth whatsoever to the magazine’s sensational report. As Gossip Cop pointed out 365 days ago, despite the outlet selling on its cover that there was a “fight to end all fights” between Stone and Aniston, the story glaringly omits any details of an incident, including where or when it allegedly took place. Every aspect of that article was fake, from its premise to its quotes that allegedly came from a source close to Lawrence. Shuster, Andrew. Also, while those outlets base their bogus reports on anonymous sources, we debunk them with the help of insiders who are willing to go on the record and be publicly accountable for their comments. Also, while it wasn’t publicly known at the time, Stone had long been dating Dave McCary, a comedy writer who used to work on “Saturday Night Live.”
Since that cover story (below), Star hasn’t become more reliable with its reports about Aniston, Stone, or Theroux. On June 6, 2018, Star maintained Aniston had “the fight to end all fights” with Stone, who it called Theroux’s “new girlfriend.” To make it appear as if the report was credible, the magazine alleged it had an “insider” who leaked how Aniston felt Stone dating her estranged husband was the ultimate “betrayal,” and even quoted the former “Friends” star as supposedly telling the La La Land star, “I thought you were my friend!”

But in the real world, Stone and Theroux never dated, and the purported confrontation between the two actresses didn’t occur, except for in the imagination of whoever concocted the phony report. Did Jennifer Aniston and Emma Stone have a “fight to end all fights” over Justin Theroux? At the time, Gossip Cop noted the claim was untrue, and now a year later it’s clear no such blowup ever took place. That was the premise behind a cover story from exactly 12 months ago today. “Jennifer Lawrence Telling Emma Stone To Dump Justin Theroux?” Gossip Cop, 3 July 2018. And while that was the main contention on the front page of the tabloid, the article inside focused on Aniston thinking she spotted “sparks” between Theroux and Stone in photos of them hanging out in France, and “wondering” whether he cheated on her while they were still together. The same magazine then published another cover story in November 2018 that untruthfully insisted Aniston and Brad Pitt were having a baby after rekindling a romance. (Star)
